I would like a list of web sites which either specialize in or have
numerous listings for weekend jobs.  Jobs must be available in New
York City and be appropriate for an individual with a bachelor's
degree.  (Five to ten sites would be great, but I will settle for
fewer if they are quality.)  Thank you.

I was thinking along the lines of office work: word processing, data
entry, receptionist, etc.  These won't necessarily use my degree. 
Think white collar.

Most "weekend jobs" aren't associated with bachelor degrees. When I
think of "weekend jobs," I think of baby-sitting, maybe lifeguarding,
dog-walking, bartending, performing music, etc. Can you give a few
examples of the type of "weekend jobs" you are looking for?
