The request is for a text file of the data, not a look-up by zip code
or other geography. The source of the information is not to be a
commercial company offering the information --> i.e. a publically available source.

It's possible to create a partial list from public records, one state
at a time...a list for more than 500 post offices in Alabama is below,
as an example.

I would guess that these would work as deliverable addresses, even
without the actual street address.

I can't create a national list for you...that would take a lot more
work than can be justified.  But I can certainly show you how to
create the lists yourself, if they are of interest.

Let me know if that would be a suitable answer to your question.
