variables pairs, specifying which is the Inductive Variable ( IV )and
which is the Deductive Varible ( DV) Then develop the basis hypothesis
to include at least one moderating variable or intervening variable.

a. The Index of Consumer Confidence and the business cycle.

b.  Level of worker output and closeness of workers supervision.

c.  Student GPA and level of effort in a class required by student's
major.
