I am an Indian citizen currently living in USA. I would like to know
if betting is legal in India or not? If yes, can I use bookmakers like
bet365, betfair etc. resided in UK?

If you reside in the US, you are subjected to US laws. These currently
disapprove of Internet gambling (and yes, betting is a type of
gambling).
