I would like a very clear market analysis focusing on market opportunites
on networked e-learning market in 2 of the 4 the following countries:

Poland, Czech Republic, Estonia, Baltic States

I want to know the market's needs and how it is currently serviced,
and specifically what opportunities exist.

9.	What opportunties (product/service) are there for a new competitior? 
10.	How can I reach this market? 

I have further questions that drills down in detail further that I
will post on successful completion of this one.

As an output. I expect written explanations not just links and
references to books/sites.
