for providing a System Test product for Website owners.

salesletters? affiliate sites etc?

Are they successful?
Is the market saturated or wide open? If so, why?
How do my competitors reach the market?
What do customers expect from this type of product or service?
What core competencies must the product or service have?
What are customers willing to pay for this type of product or service?
What opportunties are there for a new competitior?
What type of product would be most successful (and why)? Video? E-book? Etc?.
What would be their competitive advantage?

As an output. I expect written explanations not just links and
references to books/sites.
