when I connect a friends computer to another friends isp and try to
access the web...it comes up with a "this web site doesnt have a
rating" and it needs an administrators pw to continue from there.The
computer had never previously had a isp connection...so how do I
eliminate this from happening and use the net as I would like. -

Does the error message mention the "Content Advisor" at all?  If not, what

Hello antsnz, 

Unfortunately, for this answer you are going to need the password that
was applied to the content advisor settings. Once you know this try
the following:

Load internet explorer and click "tools -> internet Options -> Content
-> click disable -> enter password." You should now have content
advisor disabled.
