Dear tinkywinkey,

This is not an answer, but only the (free) result of my research since
I'm not sure if you will like what I found.

What an interesting task ... I have already seen the most bizarre
items equipped with USB plugs (coffee mug warmers, fans, lava
lamps...), but I the combination of an USB flash drive and a lighter
was new to me. Frankly, when I started searching, I did not believe
that it really existed. How surprised I was when I found out that
there is indeed one such device!

First, I must warn you: The only combined flash drive/lighter I could
find anywhere is not cheap. In fact, it is expensive. So please don't
be too shocked or disappointed when you read the price.

The product I found is the "Colibri Quantum M-Stick", a (luxury)
lighter which is also a 128 MB memory stick. Here are two sources

As I said, I don't know if that is what you expected (after all, this

Hi,

I'm worried about the memory stick itself being USB port compatible? 
The word 'Memory Stick' is a Sony technology that needs a memory stick
port.. right?

You are right! I completely forgot about that. The plug on the photos
is not a USB connection, but the proprietary Sony type. It was my
mistake, I am very sorry.

Dear tinkywinkey,

Good news - it IS a USB flash drive! I've been (purely optically)
fooled by the strange appearance of the plug, which is slimmer than at
all USB devices I know - but obviously, that's just the case because
they made this USB plug slimmer by letting away the jacket that
usually surrounds the plugs.

Anyway, it clearly is a USB drive. I have found a photograph of the
packaging, and it clearly reads: "The first lighter with a USB flash
drive". See, here:

Just in case the photo from eBay is gone: I have saved it to my hard
disk, so I can prove I'm not making things up ;-)

So you won't need an adapter to connect the lighter ... I mean, the
flash drive to your USB port. I hope this is a positive result.

By the way, here is an additional source for it, clearly specifying:
"System Requirements for USB Memory Stick: USB 2.0 Interface Windows
ME/2000/XP  or   Mac OS 8.6 and higher"
