I have a question about an antique cup and saucer.  I want to send
pictures of the cup and saucer and for someone to identify it, can I
send pictures, how, and what is the cost

You cannot send images to Google Answers, but you can post the image
somewhere online, and give us a link that leads to it. There are many
free image-hosting sites. Photobucket is one such service.
