Examine this excerpt: What things do we pursue in life? What do we want and why? How do we achieve a blanance between working/improving ourselves, and doing things we like, but in no way help us. Is it alright to keep working at something, even if you know you might only make the slightest or unnoticeable difference? Should you tell the truth, even if lieing can only help you & your lie won't be discovered? If you have free time, should you use it to study a language, read a book , or play an instrument? What if using your free time gains you more free time, should you use that do? Help me to A. answer these questions and B. find a philosophy/philosopher that deals with these questions on life, and how to live it |

top19, All that matters is that you're getting out of life what you want. The ends always justify the means. The key is to really, truly know what your ends are, in their entirety. For many people, figuring this part out is the major bottleneck in life. |
