The name of the website which, free of charge, shows publicly
available info on (1) the name of the owner of a particular UK
property address, (2) the price
they paid for it, and (3) the transaction date. I need it for UK only.
(I believe the info may have been sourced ultimately from the UK Land
Registry).

I can't recall if this website you search by persons name, or the address.

Reason for request: I am looking for (2) and (3) for Mr Richard
Bankart who is the owner of the freehold of 87 Stockwell Park Road,
London SW9 0DB and who (I think on the same date) bought the leasehold
of 87a Stockwell Park Road.

Answer would contain: name of website, and link to page containing
details of the transaction referring to Mr Richard Bankart and 87
Stockwell Park Road.

Many thanks

I know you that you have asked for it for free, but why not go
straight to the Land Registry and purchase the information? The title
only costs £3, a plan £3 and details of the last transfer £5.
Various sites offer price information on house sales, but as far as I
am aware they will not give name of the owners because of Data
Protection Act issues.
Would a link to Land Regsitry and instructions answer your question?
