Hi,

We are planning to setup a LLC in delaware (as they have no taxation
for Non-US residents). So i need to know:-

a) The most reasonably priced, fast & reliable company who can do the
incorporation.
b) They should also provide the EIN, Regd/post address facility
(virtual office) - fwd of mails to malaysia, Open our US bank a/c
(Citibank or some Top banks)- should issue cert of good standing etc.,
c) Also have a nominee director (if needed) & file our taxes on a yearly basis.
I want a one stop solution. So the company should be responsible for
everything. So,i need to know the initial opening costs/time frame &
then annual maintainence costs & schedules of these payments yearly.
Should have online mgmt capabilties (preferably).


UK Limited company:

Pls suggest us which place in UK has tax benefits like Delaware. If
not then proceed with limited company filing. They should also meet
all creterias (opening/virtual office/bank a/c, VAT & Employee
number-if any) as above and as UK requires a nominee director (i aint
sure), the company should also provide this facility as well as yearly
filing of returns, VAT number & opening bank a/c. Also have a nominee

For US we reviewed : www.corporate.com & UK : www.ukincorp.co.uk ,
both seem to be at a higher side and offering half services. I had in
the past shortlisted one company in US & another in UK which provides
all these for less than the prices quoted by these companies,but now
unavailble to locate their webpage as my favourites go lost!

Hello arun_p,

I'd be glad to help you, but I think you have too rosy of a view of
this process. There is no company that can set up a bank account for
you in either the US or UK; a person opening a bank account must
appear in person to sign for the bank account.  Any company that tells
you otherwise is not to be trusted.  They probably set up the bank
account in their own name and who knows whether you'll ever see that
money.

If this is not an obstacle and you still want the information, I do
have some ideas for you as far as incorporation goes.  Let me know if
you still want these.
