Hi,

Alibaba.com charges foreign sellers an annual fee about $400 for a
trustpass membership, but Chinese companies pay $8000 as Gold
Suppliers. I tried to search why alibaba does this to different
customers, but I got no luck on it. I am hopeing someone could tell me
or help me find such information on the web.
