What was the international response to the Tsunami in 2004 from a
international politics view?
I mean not only who donates how much but more:
-what was the influence of international politics?
-what where international funding issues?
-effectiveness of UN agencies

Would a report or website that addresses all of your questions be a
sufficient answer?  (I agree with Pinkfreud's implication that a
Researcher would be unlikely to create his or her own report to answer
these questions.)

I would accept webpages that addresses the majority raised questions
if they are rich enough to dig through them myself to answer the
subquestions. I do not expect quick, simple answers to all my
questions but a good list as a starting point for my own further
research.

The complexities generated by this multi-part question may make it
unlikely that anyone will tackle it at this price. You might do better
if you post each of these issues as a separate question.
