I would accept webpages that addresses the majority raised questions if they are rich enough to dig through them myself to answer the subquestions. I do not expect quick, simple answers to all my questions but a good list as a starting point for my own further research. |

One significant effect was that India offered military helicopters, which Pakistan accepted, but only if crewed by Pakistanis. I regard that as highly significant. Recently I heard on the BBC that funds had been slow getting through, so people are either becoming permanent refugees or they are rebuilding under their own steam - which the report said was dangerous. |
