Hello Chris

I have sent a copy of this answer to your email as requested.

The first club to do it were York City in the 1983/84 Season.

York City

Swindon town claimed it but they didn't do it until the 1985/1986 season

Swindon Town FC

Search Key "100 points in a season" "First to score" Football (UK Search).

I hope this helps
