I need assistance in identifying sources of information regarding hiring a foreign worker for a small business in the United States. In this specific case we are looking to hire a person in India and a person in China. Both will work from their respective countries for the US company and will not be attempting to gain visas to work from the US. The job arrangement may be as an hourly employee of the US company, or as a contractor to the US company, whichever is easier. Please provide sources of information for both arrangements if possible. I need links to articles or relavent regulations that will help me understand the requirements to comply with any labor, tax, or immigration laws of the US. | |
