I'm looking for a cheap (low-end) video card with the following features:
* dual-monitor support
* PCI
* low-profile

A good answer is a link to such a product for a competitive price. 
The better the price, the better the tip.

For an extra tip, provide a link to a competitively priced 17" LCD
monitor w/ 1280x1024 resolution.

EDIT: 17" LCD w/ 1280x1024 should be 20+" LCD w/ 1600x1200+
