I'm part of a small videography company and we want to distribute our
content more dynamically while also reducing costs to those who would
share our digital content.

I need several budget-oriented options for adding some sort of copy
protection to both my DVD Videos and digital media (video files).

I understand that no copy protection is fool-proof, but we just need
something to keep the average joe from sharing our content, thus
diminishing our profits.

Hello drtrmiller,

There are not really any "budget-oriented" options for this type of
thing, any type of "diy" option. Any type of protection like this is
going to cost money. Would some professional options work for you as
an answer?

No, not really, as we do very low volume work (50 or less DVDs per
production). Anything that had to do with the DVDs being sent off to
a processing facility and/or licensed and such is beyond the scope of
our operations.

There is no answer at this time.

I'm thinking this for large scale producers.
