I would like to write a program (for example with the usage the PHP
language) which can transfer money from my account to others. For
example this program calculate number of visitors which come to my
website from site X (this I can do). And then this program transfer
some amount of moneys (proportional to the number of visitors) to the
owner of the site X. My question is whether it is possible. And if it
is the case, where I can find in the Internet firms providing such
possibility (service).

May be I should clarify my question. I need to know if it is possible
to make money transfer without a direct participation of human (with a
help of programs). I know that it is possible to automatize money
reception (for example with PayPal). But I need opposite possibility
(to send money). So, I would like to know whether this can be done (in
principle) by private person. For example with automatic fill in the
PayPal form for money transfer.
