For each of the years 2007, 2008, 2009, what are the industry
projections for the number of OCAP-enabled consumer electronics
devices sold in the US, and (separately) worldwide.  OCAP-enabled
devices include set-top boxes, TVs, and any other media-capable
consumer electronics device with an OCAP middleware stack
pre-installed.  I would prefer multiple projection sources.
