subscription servace. You would have to join to get contact info. I
can't join and get it for you since it's under copyright.  However if
you got it, you could then contact and find out the information on the
teeth, Would this work as an answer for you?

The commenter below is right, it?s more than likely he did his own
gold teeth as he worked in Miami and also Walsall in the UK making

I really hate to just give this one away, but I don't seem to be able
to sign in to answer questions. DJ Goldie made his own teeth caps. He
had once owned a shop in Walsall called Try 1 and it was a custom gold
tooth capping business. He moved on to London and while he was mainly
working on his art, he dabbled in silver and gold work, including his
own teeth.
