This is a tough one i am guessing it probably cant be done. 

I am looking for a complete overview of software development/IT within
the Utilities Sector in the UK at the top following companies:

Centrica Group
Scottish and Southern Energy Group
E.ON UK 
Scottish Power 
EDF Energy 
United Utilities 
International Power 
RWE Group
National Grid
ESB

I need the following bits of information:

1. Normal Staff to IT Ratio
2. Total number of software developers
3. Total number of testers
4. Total number of engineers
5. Total number of help desk users
6. Whether they are adopting ITIL or CMMI
7. Whether they have failed compliance audits
8. What languages they develop in such as C, .NET etc. 
9. Have they outsourced any software development to offshore or UK

The critical information i need is the total number of software
developers and IT staff, the other would be nice to have. Of course
the price i would pay for more information would be higher than just
the developer/IT staff info.

If this information can be found then i would require it again for the
UK Food industry and Automotive industry (top 10 companies)
