My question relates to CRIMINOLOGY and HOMOSEXUALITY. I would like to
know at what rate homosexual men and women commit crimes, compared to
heterosexual men and women. By "crimes" I mean misdemeanors or
felonies that involve violence or harm to others: robbery, burglary,
murder, rape, etc, but also including non-violent but harmful behavior
such as theft, embezzlement, etc. I would like if possible to exclude
all crimes relating to personal drug use, and crimes involving
consensual but illegal sexual behavior (e.g. prostitution, sex in
public, lewd behavior.) I am interested in crimes that most reasonable
people would define as directly harming other individuals (I am aware
that drug use and prostitution possibly involve indirect social harms,
but this is not what I"m looking at). By "rate" I mean: of all these
type of crimes committed each year, how many are committed by
homosexual men and women; what percentage of persons convicted of such
crimes are heterosexual or homosexual and, what, overall, is the
likelihood that a given person, either heterosexual or homosexual,
will commit such a crime. I have looked on the net but not seen any
obvious sources for this data. Maybe no one has studied it. I will
pay twenty dollars for the answer to this question. I want
criminological studies with conclusions, not a big chunk of undigested
data I would have to work through myself. Thank you. |
