I am interested in finding out what industry standard paper
consumption rates are for web press printing of 8.5x11 size prints on
70#gloss text grade 3 paper. Please include make-ready waste and
other standard paper waste involved with printing on a web press.
Assume you are using a 35" wide web roll of paper and no manufacturing
issues that would cause over consumption.
Please list consumption rates for the the following final finished
quantities of 8.5x11's on 70#gloss grade 3: 5,000: 10,000; 20,000;
30,000; 40,000; 50,000; and 100,000.
