I am trying to start up my own operation where I make whole wheat
bread every day. I am trying to find some store close to Eden
Prairie, Minnesota (but definitely in Minneapolis area) that will sell
me 5-10 big buckets of wheat that I can buy on a weekly basis at
discounted prices. The only place I have been able to find has been a
place that sells metric tons of wheat. I don't need that much. But I
also need a lot more than most grocery stores can provide me. I just
want wheat that I can put into my wheat grinder. I want lots of it at
a good price and I don't know where to find it. I need 3 different
stores with phone numbers where I can make such purchases.

This has been quite challenging...

I was able to find one wholesaler with multiple companies that are
distributors of their products in Minnesota, with one in Minneapolis,
and many others that seem to be even closer to you.

Wheat Montana Farms & Bakery sells several kinds of wheat berries,
and the best bargains seem to be the 50 pound bags for about $13:

Their dealer locations page shows one reseller in Minneapolis, and 33
others all over Minnesota, including Lunds Markets, HyVee, Byerly's:

1450 W. Lake St.
Minneapolis, MN 55408

33 more on the page:

To assist you in placing their locations and in contacting them,
I did Google Map searches for each of the stores near Minneapolis
and Eden Prairie:

Lunds Minneapolis

Byerly's Minneapolis

HyVee Minneapolis

Lunds Eden Prairie

This search shows a Lunds which is closer to you than Minneapolis:

11400 Hwy 7
Minnetonka, MN 55305

Byerly's Eden Prairie

This search shows this outlet to be closer to you than any
Minneapolis location:

7171 France Ave. S.
Edina, MN 55435

HyVee Eden Prairie

That last one shows this store to be closer to you than any
Minneapolis location:

1920 Grant St.
Faribault, MN 55021

Another company, called Natural Way Mills, is located in the
northwest corner of Minnesota, about 7 hours from Minneapolis:

Their contact info is on this image:

Their product catalog is in PDF format, and is available
on the following page:

Beyond that, I also did a Google Maps search results for "health
food" in Minneapolis, with 232 results, some of which may also
carry bulk wheat berries:

Happy baking!

Additional information may be found from an exploration of
the links resulting from the Google searches outlined below.
