I am looking to aquire a Vanity Toll Free Number.

I am looking for a list of companies who are able to provide the following options:
Voicemail - Sending the messasge to my email a plus
Extension Dialing - "Press 1 for sales, 2 for support, 356 for JTAYLOR" etc.
Hold Music - Music for the customer while their on hold. Being able to
change the music and/or include promotional messages a plus. SMS
Message Alerts a plus

Looking for similiar services for cheaper rates based on 100 minutes/month.
