VERY good, and there's a legitimate physical address.

Mouse over almost any link on the page, and, in the status
bar at the bottom of your browser (assuming it's turned on),
you'll see that they all point to pages on:
https://www.securepaynet.net with a 'program number' in the
URL which preserves the unique banner at the top for the
ediscountwebsite.com website.
So, all you have is a reseller - a legitimate affiliate who
sells the services of another site by using a page with a
customized banner. I wouldn't worry at all about this site.
