you may ask the courier about where and who is the sender, if they
dunno who, you can give me the address of the sender and I can find
the manufacturer for you.

Well, if you are using Express carrier they usually has website where
you can track the AWB# and find the sender.But if it is a regular air
freight and the consigness is not you, it will be more complicated
they usually do not accept third party's tracing
