I am looking for a comprehensive address list with contacts names (if
possible) of charities in the Houston, TX area.  Hopefully, it is
online but I will pay for the list if needed.  I plan to create a
mailer to send to them.  Bonus to anyone who can put it in a Word file
format to print on labels.

I don't think I consider 25 addresses as a comprehensive list.  Also,
Dallas/San Antonio is not in the Houston area.  There has to be a more
comprehensive list out there.  I would consider at least 400 as
comprehensive.  You have to earn that $10.00. Nice try.

There has to be a list of Tax-Exempt Organizations of Houston out
there.

In answer to your clarification, I tried to look in the Internet for a
big list of charity organizations. I found such a list from the
Charity Gift website. There a no contact info for the staff though but
all of them have mailing addresses you could use in your mailer
campaign.

I have searched the site for charity organizations only in the Houston
Texas area so the results reflected here are only from that city in
fullfillment of your requirement. The list consists of about 1000
charities.

In order to get their mailing address you just have to click on the
name of the charity organization.

Charity Navigator meanwhile is a website which monitors only those
charities which are tax exempt ones. Doing a search for Houston Texas
produced 24 institutions as tax-exempt. Again just click on the
charity name and you get the mailing address but this time you also
get a brief financial report of the charity.
