Anyone know the id and password rule of the website?

I can’t read Chinese and I have no idea what it says on that page, but
I did figure out how to enter the site:

When you go to http://192.192.246.8/yflan/hong/index.asp the title of
the page comes up as a time. This can be seen in the title bar of your
browser at the top of the window. This is the clue which allows you to
get into the site.

Look at the first number of the time which is the current hour. This
is your 'username'. Convert the number to a letter using the key
provided on the page.

Next, look at the hour and the minutes of the time. These numbers put
together represent the 'password' to the site.


Here are some examples:

Say you refresh the page and the title of the page comes up as
8:10:15. Your first step is to determine the current hour. In this
example it is '8'. Now go to the key on the page and determine what
'8' converts to as a letter. Directly below the '8' is the letter 'I'.
This means that your username is 'I'.

Next, look at the hour and the minutes of the current time. In this
example you have an '8' and a '10'. Put them together and your
password is '810'.

The seconds of the time (:15 in this example) are not used at all.

So if the time reads 8:10:15, your username and password are 'I' and
'810'. The :15 is not used.

Another example:

Say the time comes up 23:21:36 when you go to the site. Your username
would be X, which is directly below the 23 on the key, and your
password would be '23' and '21' put together, which is '2321'. The :36
is not used.


Hopefully I have explained this clearly and you will be able to enter
the site.
