Real Estate, Property Development and Rentals in the Philippines. Is
there an online database that I can search on? If not, do you know of
an "Ask A Lawyer" kind of service?

Im not looking at full legal services, just a few clarifications here
and there with regards to general knowledge (i.e. What exactly does
the SEC do? etc).
