Question ID: 773581
I need to study some technicalities concerning various laws regarding
Real Estate, Property Development and Rentals in the Philippines. Is
there an online database that I can search on? If not, do you know of
an "Ask A Lawyer" kind of service?

Im not looking at full legal services, just a few clarifications here
and there with regards to general knowledge (i.e. What exactly does
the SEC do? etc).

You might try searching (or browsing) these sources:

Chan Robles Law Firm

If you think that these sites are sufficient, I'd be happy to post
them as an answer. If you'd like, I could also provide some
suggestions for using them.
There is no answer at this time.
