HI, I'm wondering what are the best books (best sellers) of all time written on the following subject: *Influence -- personal and professional, ie., how to influence yourself to take action, how to influence others * Effective Communication -- align with anyone, anytime; conflict resolution I know of 2 books so far: Dale Carnegies' How to Win Friends and Influence People and Dr. Rober Cialdini's book Influence Please tell me which other books are best sellers in this category. My favorite is Getting Through to People by Jesse S. Nirenberg. He takes Dale Carnegie's work one step further. His book is only available used: http://www.abebooks.com/servlet/SearchResults?&isbn=0133550419&nsa=1 |

If you check your public library, and look through the books on applied psychology (158), you might find some more good ones. |
