Please provide a list of each states contact information for the State
Board of Pharmacy, as well as an indicator if a non-resident pharmacy
needs to be licensed in that state before shipping prescription drugs
into the state, and if yes, then at what point does the state require
licensure, before the first prescription or is there a "de minimis"
threshold that has to be passed before licensure is required.

This is essentially fifty separate research projects (one for each
state). If this information is important to you, I suggest that you
raise your price considerably.
