Looking for a formula from a respected source(s) for calculating the
value of a prepaid mobile subscriber in the USA. In my research, this
value is usually expressed in terms of Net Present Value, and
variables incorporated in the calculation include CPGA, ARPU, CCPU,
and Churn. Data on comps is also useful - how mobile companies valued
prepaid mobile subscribers when buying/selling their subscriber base.
