Hi, I am buying an LLC that is based in Alaska (seller and buyer). I
want to keep the entity. It has husb and wife owners, and will be
selling to husb and wife. The owner believes that they (him and wife)
can bring my husb and myself in, and then him and wife back out. Is
that the best way to do it, or should he dissolve the LLC and me apply
for a new one under the bus name? This is an LLC with no tangible
assets, only electronic and goodwill.
