Question ID: 77431
I would like a list of online shopping sites where:

1. sellers' listing fees are free to low cost (max. $.01 per listing)
2. maximum closing fee (excluding listing fees) is 5% or less
3. high maximum amount of products (at least 10,000) allowed
4. bulk inventory loader available
5. high traffic sites offering general or art related merchandise

Please provide a minimum of three links. Answers must meet all 5 conditions above.

I have about 90,000 products to sell, but don't want to go broke
(paying listing fees and commissions) attempting to sell them. Am
looking for store like settings (fixed-price). Please exclude
Amazon.com zShops/Auctions as one of the your answers (am looking for
more great deals like Amazon.com, where I pay $40/month for 40,000
listings) and any classified ad type or auction sites.

Thank you.

<I have found three sites that satisfy the requirements that you need.
These are Buyselltrades.com, Carnaby.com and Edeal. All have bulk
submission facilities. I have checked the terms and conditions and
there are no limits placed on the number of items allowed, as long as
there is no spamming/submitting the same items to multiple categories.

For each site a summary of the features and fees are given below.

In addition, I have listed Yahoo. Although the listing fee is higher
than your requirements, this is offset by the low final value fee of
2%. Yahoo also has the advantage of very high traffic.

Carnaby.com
Free listing.
Over 7000 categories including art.
Closing fees are a maximum of 5% with a reduced fee for high priced
items as follows:
0- $25 – 5%
$25.01 to $1000 $1.25 plus 2.5% of amount over $25.00
$1000.01 and over 25.63 plus 1% of amount over $1000
Bulk loader.
Over 3 billion page views per month.

Edeal
Free registration
Final value fees:
5% up to $25
2.5% from $25.01 to $1000
1.25 % of the balance over $1000.01
Approximately 150 categories, including art.
1.2 million registered users.

Buy sell trades.com
Free listing.
Fee 5% of sale price
Bulk lister.
Thirty categories including art. You can also suggest a new category.
Google page rank 5/10

Yahoo auctions.
Bulk inventory loader.
Costs:
Listing fee – minimum – starting price up to $9,99 fee = $0.05
Max – starting price $50.00 and up fee = $0.75
Final value fee starts at 2% on a rising scale to a max of 2% of the
first $25, plus 1% of the first $25-$1000 plus 0.5% of the remaining
closing price.
Reserve fee.
460,000 listings.>
