I need to have steel I beams calculated for the basement of a two
story house. I have complete roof, floor and drawing package available
as an email. The house is essentially a 1 1/2 story with the second
floor occupying the attic space of a steeply pitched roof. Some loads
are transferred to the interior walls. All beam locations are marked
on the plans by the flooring designer.

I have looked at your plans and have some questions. I see 3 beams:

1. 35'-2 1/2" span
2. 39'-5 1/2" span (calculated-intersects a wall @ 45 deg. angle)
3. 14'-2 5/8" span

There are pads shown under beams 1 and 2. Are there to be support columns?

It really makes very little difference in designing a beam whether you
load it with a series of point loads or an evenly distributed load as
long as the the resulting total load is the same. It would complicate
this problem very much to try and calculate the loads and locations of
all load bearing wall contributions. I am not saying that it can't be
done, but I don't think it is worth the effort.
