No, we're America and we can do whatever we feel like. Elections are regulated by the states. In New York at least, the state delegates election responsibility to the counties (and NYC). |

That's wrong! Foreign overseers do indeed monitor american federal elections. How often and under what specific guidelines, I am not sure. But they happen - trust me. I was initially surprised when I came across the information on the internet a few years ago. You may want to check the public library for some related materials, if any. Goodluck. |
