suesue1234, When I need scripts like this I go to hotscripts.com (I am not affiliated in any way nor do I have any scripts our there). They have over 100 PHP based calendar programs out there. Most require MySQL too but I am sure there are some that don't. Surf around and you will find there are non-PHP calendars too that may meet your needs. I like the site because the visitor ratings are usually right on, there are often live demos, and it is a mix of free and commercial offerings. Check out their PHP calendar listings at the link below. http://hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Calendars/index.html -Dave |

Thanks for the help. I took a look at the scripts and I am having a hard time understanding them. I think my best bet is to take a class or get a good book on php. Thanks! |

I have set up a few clients with this already. They set up their own schedules like a calendar function online on the web. They select the option to publish their changes, and the website with their calendar reflects those changes. These sites provide a URL to plug into your own website if necessary. |

Have you considered using Google Calendars? They now offer sharing calendars with others. |
