I would like to get some detailed recommendations for reliable and
trustworthy Lettings/ Esate Agents from real customers who have let
property in N or NW London.  I want to let my 3 bedroom house in
Belsize Park and need a good agent to find a tenant.

I know the words 'reliable and trustworthy' look strange next to
'Estate Agent' but I am hopeful that there are some out there.

The recommendations should be no more than 2 years old and should have
at least a couple of paragraphs explaining why the customer liked the
agent.  A single one is of limited use, several that corroborate each
other would be ideal.

Possible sources include discussion boards and forums.  I have already
looked on www.ciao.co.uk, www.dooyoo.co.uk and Google Groups, but they
only have horror stories or positive comments obviously posted by the
agents themselves.
