I am looking for a list of all funeral homes in Ontario.  This will
include name, (potentially website), address and phone number/owner. 
Yellow pages and other only directories contain only a sample.  I
imagine some sort of governing body would exist which would have a
directory of all funeral homes in Ontario.  If not all of Ontario,
then at least the Greater Toronto Area.

I have found same/similar directories, but they do not represent the a
complete list (or close to it), but rather a small subset of funeral
homes in Ontario/GTA.  I realize that a complete list would not exist.

However, if I search through all of these directories, there are no
more then a dozen listings for funeral homes in Toronto -- a city of 5
million!

Even if I can't get a close to complete list, an understanding of the
main governing body for funeral homes would be helpful.  I could
approach them myself via email/letter or something.  I imagine there
is a main governing body that all funeral homes must register with.

(C-IGFH). The membership list available by geographic regions.

Ontario. You would have to contact them to find out what's on pages 3
