Ideal would be a tech prodigy who will work virtually (over the
Internet) to build our platform v1.0 and then we close on a round of
capital and move into offices.  I am in Sweden working on the business
planning and startup full time but will come back to the USA if
necessary. I want to look at the following options: (a) launch from
Sweden with Swedish tech prodigy and either stay in Sweden or move to
USA; (b) launch from Sweden with American tech prodigy and move to
USA.  Question is how to find my founding tech guy or gal and how do I
figure out if they are as good as they say they are (since I am a
business person and not a tech person(.  See here for who (I think)
