Seeking a list of student newspapers at university and college sites in NY state.

Plus for each newspaper/rag, detailed information about how to advertise with them:
* where to submit ads ads (url or email)
* the url of any "how to advertise" information that they provide
*cost of ads,
*contact person and their email

Basically I want to know what I need to do in order to place an ad in
their student newspaper

Hi!

I have done initial searches and it seems that some newspapers don't
have the details that you want. However, they do show you how to
contact them.

Would the contact information be enough for you so you can ask them
how is the procedure and for how much does it cost to advertise on
their college paper?

Thanks.

Hello amarie22-ga,

I've done some preliminary searching on your question and I've
concluded that there isn't a comprehensive directory of college
newspapers. I found collections of links to college papers that can be
sorted alphabetically or by geography. Even the biggest of these lists
have less than fifty New York colleges or universities listed. The
advantage of these lists is that they link you to the college
newspaper, not just the college's website.

I've also found some media companies that claim they can place your
advertising at thousands of college newspapers. These might be worth
exploring.

Since there doesn't seem to be a ready-made compilation of college
newspapers, the researcher is going to have to find the information
you seek college-by-college. Considering the price of your question,
how many newspaper contacts are you expecting as a satisfactory answer
to your quetion? What do you require for five stars?

I look forward to your clarification.

Hi

50 would be fine - but please include the biggest
universities/colleges in the list.

Also the links to media companies could be useful so add them in.
