hello,
i am following dr peter dadamo's eat right 4 your type diet(i am blood
type b).i wanted to stop eating wheat bread . i found in a bakery of a
mall "oat bread" but one day  i was reading about oat from the
wikipedia and i read this sentence "oats may be turned into milk but
not into bread",so does exist or not?
i havent found any thing called oat bread in any of dr dadamo's
books or website www.dadamo.com,i just found oat flour.
if oat bread exists, please find me whether it is "avoid,neutral or
benefecial" for blood type b(both secretor and non-secretor"?

I don't think oats alone are sticky enough to make bread, so it
usually has other grains mixed in with it.

Concerning oat bread,old Slavic tribes used to make a highly
nutricious bread out of it,So the answer is Yes.I can not know if the
bread you found is exactly oat bread,but USA has strict food laws ,so
you probably are buying the right stuff.
By constant intake of oat you can easen the inflamatory processes in
joints and connecting tissue.It helps in blood regeneration(creating
new RBC),strenghtens teeth and bones and muscle mass.
The doctor I asked said that there is no reason you should not intake oat.
But it fullest potential will feel AB group.
