I need a PERL program that repeatedly queries a website and then collects data from those queries into a text or Excel file. I would need specific instructions on how to adapt the program to a particular website, as I wish to use it for several different exercises. Therefore, I would need to know how to adapt the program to pick up the sentence listed on line 14 of the website instead of line 16, for example. I know a little basic PERL, and general programming, but the instructions would need to be pretty simple for me.
