went to get my e-mail on outlook Express, I got to the third e-mail and
lost Outlook Express, went to get my mail again with outlook express,
by clicking on the outlook express Icon on my desk top, and all that
came on was the outlook Express Logo. could not get rid of the logo
unless I shut down the computer. I seamed to have tried everything and
nothing cured it. I have Avg, for virus protection, and Ad Ware SE
Pro, Ewido, Adwatch, and Geeksquad. this problem happened a week ago monday. I
am using a Dell Computer, and Windows XP

TRy reinstalling the application (it always works for me). I've
included the link from where you can download it:
