I live in Buenos Aires so I can help you on this.
The links provided by Bobbie are great, there are also more that I can
contact in your name, in order to make this more useful and accurate
can you tell us when you will arrive to Buenos Aires?
Since we are in the weekend most of them are unavailable until monday,
I will contact therapists on monday and by thursday morning I will
give you a brief list of the most reliable ones, just to complete the

Ok, there is no need to go right now to ask for an appointment so I
will keep my eyes open on this and about middle November I will add
more massage therapists to the list, the prices are all close to the
listed in the answer (U$10 to U$20 per session).
