I would like to use the Service of Amazon www.mturk.com as a
requester. I'm a so called non-resident alien because I live in
Germany. But to use mturk I need an american bank account and a
billing adresse:
From mturk FAQ:
"Who can be a Requester?

Anyone with an ACH-enabled account at a United States bank and a
United States billing address can be a Requester. A Requester can be a
company, a not-for-profit organization, or an individual."

Is there any practical (and cheap) way to use mturk as requester from
germany - so mainly how can I get this bank account and a billing
adress in the US.
Please only provide answers that really works.

Ronald
