had a almost shaved head and a square face. He may have been from

I saw him once in montreal and once just the other day in Toronto. I
cant remember the channel. I will say either it was sheer luck or he
is in high rotation. I dont speak french so the lyrics are meaningless
to me. He had a completely shaved head or almost shaved head and was
white, probably late 20s early 30s.
